WELCOME TO THE TEAM! We are so excited for the upcoming season! This email includes a lot of important information. Please take time to read it thoroughly. 

MAKE UP SWIMSUIT FITTING: Thanks to everyone who attended our swimsuit fittings. We apologize to the boys for our lack of swimsuit sizes. We now have the correct sizes and will have our FINAL FITTING on Sunday, April 30th from 1:30- 3:30pm. We'll have all available sizes for boys and girls. 

We will accept cash and check ONLY. If you have a card, you can call All American Swim after the fitting. The amount for each swimsuit including tax is:

BOYS: $43.10

GIRLS: $60.34

If you can't make the fitting, you can call the store and order: 770-400-9870

VENMO ISSUE: If you previously used VENMO to pay for your swimsuit, please verify that you included taxes in the amount of 7.75%. BOYS: $43.10, GIRLS: $60.34. If you did not pay taxes, please either send us the difference in Venmo or bring cash or check to the first day of practice.

MISSING FEES: If you are out of the neighborhood and did not pay the $25, please bring a check or cash on the first day of practice. Our HOA charges the team $25/ swimmer not living in the neighborhood. All addresses will be verified. 

VOLUNTEER DEPOSITS: If you selected CASH or CHECK on your registration form, please make sure to submit your $125 Volunteer Deposit on the first day of practice. We do not cash this check unless you don't volunteer. 

REGISTRATION FEES: If you selected CASH or CHECK on your registration form, and have not paid, please make sure to bring your payment on the first day of practice. PLEASE SEE YOUR REGISTRATION RECEIPT FOR THE TOTAL OWED (Remember fees and deposits).

• Hoody or change of clothing (first practices are chilly)

  • 8:15 - 8:45 am, 6 & Under
  • 8:45 - 9:45 am, 7-10
  • 9:45 -10:45 am, 11+
• No Practice on May 24th (Last Day of School, Cobb County)

Mock Meet/ Time Trials: SATURDAY, May 20th 9am-11am

Meets: Tuesday Evenings, May 30th-- June 27th

Meet Arrival Times: 

Home Meets: Arrive at 4:30, Warm-ups at 5:00pm. Meet begins at 6pm.

Away Meets: Arrive at 5:00pm, Warm-ups at 5:30pm. Meet begins at 6pm.

Picture Day: Wednesday, May 31st (Call Times TBD, During Practice)

End of Season Celebration: Wednesday, June 28th 9am -11am
