TONIGHT! Home Meet vs. Walker's Ridge

Tuesday, June 21st

Arrive: 4:30pm

Warm-Up: 5:00pm

Meet: 6:00pm

PARKING: PARK IN FIELD ONLY. DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT UNLESS YOU ARE A COORDINATOR, COACH, HANDICAP, OR ELDERLY.

Park in the field located on the left, immediately after the pool. Once in field, park on the right side of gravel path. The parking lot at the pool is reserved for Coaches, Staff, Handicap and Elderly. Walk and carpool if possible.

VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers, please check-in upon arrival! We need to make sure everyone gets credit for their volunteer jobs.

EVENTS/ HEAT SHEETS: Please look at your child's events in the Swimtopia App or website once you arrive at the meet. This is the most accurate, up-to-date information in case swimmers call out sick at the last-minute.

CONCESSIONS: We'll have Zaxbys, Hotdogs, Nachos, and more. Please plan ahead and BRING CASH for concessions.

HOW TO PREPARE:

• Eat a light, healthy snack
• Stay hydrated and bring water - IT'S GOING TO BE HOT!
• Wear sunscreen (volunteers consider wearing a hat)
• Bring a sharpie to mark your swimmer’s events on their arm and their age and name on their back. (EVENT- HEAT- LANE- STROKE)
• Bring cash for concessions.
• Make sure your swimmer goes potty before the meet!
• Bring a chair!

DURING THE MEET:

• Swimmers should stay in their designated bullpen area (located on right side of deep end). Bring a towel, snack, and water.
• IF a child doesn’t stay in the bullpen, parents must make sure they are at the bullpen, ready to swim, 5 events prior to their event. Bullpen parents are not responsible for tracking down swimmers all over the place. Please keep track of your children.
• Torpedoes Parents should set up on the right side of the pool deck. Oak Amber will set up on the left side.
